Refund policy

At Fast-Fix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the quality and condition of our products. Please review the following details regarding returns, exchanges, and eligibility:

Returns and Exchanges:

• We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and in-store exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• All returns and exchanges require the original receipt and packaging.
• Jewelry items must be in good condition and include all original certificates and accessories.
• Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. All packaging, instructions, and warranties, as applicable, must be included to qualify for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders, special orders, and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process:

• Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are issued to the original purchaser with the original sales receipt. Refunds over $100 will be processed by check.
• Credit Card Refunds: Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser’s account used for the initial purchase.

Gift Receipt Policy:

• Items presented with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only.
