I took a high end watch in to see if they could repair/replace the strap pin that had fallen out. Josh was able to reuse the old pin and make sure it was in good working order. By doing that he saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and months of time without my watch bc I would have had to send it in and buy a whole new clasp.read more

This place is amazing. I’ve taken multiple items here for repair, earrings, necklaces, watches. They have great communication. Pricing is very fair and they are very fast. When possible, they’ve fixed items on the fly. Other times, they’ve kept items that required the jeweler when brought in on the jewelers off days and repaired within the week.
