I had a gold chain that I needed repaired and they told me it would take about 2 weeks but I had told them that I was only in Denver for the weekend & they had told me it would be done for me the next day by 6 but they actually had it done the same day. Very appreciative that they had it done for me so quick. Quick & easy service and very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Planing to purchase some jewelry from them as well, great pieces for a great price.read more

I asked them to repair a silver necklace which had a clasp that had a gap that allowed it to come apart easily. Turns out it was just bent. The woman who helped me bent it back and cleaned it, free of charge.

5 years ago I purchased a watch battery with a five year warranty. After 3 years the battery needed replacement - FREE. Then two week before the warranty expired I needed another - again FREE. No questions, no hassle they just replaced it and with a smile. Good company.read more

Fortunately for me, I stumbled upon Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs at the Cherry Creek mall in Denver; while looking for a reputable jewelry repair company. My initial telephone call, I had the pleasure of speaking with Damian, he was very concerned for my wanting to have my necklace repaired in a timely manner. Damian went above and beyond my expectations for customer satisfaction. He was able to check with his manager to accommodate my request, as to how soon I needed my necklace repaired. I took it in at 11:48 a.m. and it was ready by 2:27 p.m. on the same day.I also wanted to thank the jeweler who did the actual repair, (sorry I didn't get your name), but you know who you are.Lastly I highly recommend Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs for your jewelery repairs.
