Brought 2 watches here to get repaired and they came back good as new!! Took about 1 week to get them back. Still waiting on 3rd that I also had repaired. Price is worth it. Excellent craftsmanship.

These folks are great! Unfortunately, I visit them more than I probably should. Even though I store my necklaces hanging, there are a few Roberto Coin pieces with delicate chains that seem to always end up tangled. I’ve also had a higher, softer (gold) carat necklace that broke and needed repair. They’re fast, fairly priced, communicative (both when you drop pieces off and through the text updates they send) and kind people who send things home looking better (cleaned, polished) than when they arrived. My go to for quick, high-quality repairs.read more
